Abstract:


The weighted least squares method is a common method in power system state estimation, but it is difficult to solve the problem of divergence in practical applications. Based on measurement configuration features in distribution network, this paper introduced simulated annealing into the particle swarm optimization( PSO) algorithm to enhance the global search ability, and overcome the shortcoming ofPSO that it is easy to fall into local optimal solution. This paper applied an improved simulated annealing particle swarm optimization (SAPSO) algorithm to the distribution state estimation. Finally, the algorithm is tested on IEEE33 bus system by MATLAB. This simulation shows that its convergence speed and estimation accuracy will greatly improve, and it can prove the superiority ofthe algorithm.
