Accepted Paper Submission Process
Please do the following when you send the camera ready paper.
We recommend that authors read Publishing Policies & Ethics, and use the guidelines and templates to prepare their article.
STEP 1: Revise your paper(s) according to the reviewers comments.
STEP 2: Format of the documents: A4 two columns, Type of files: camera-ready PDF or text files (Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e): Format your paper according to the following:
– LaTeX2e guidelines:
The macro package in LaTeX2e, designed for Web of Conferences, is available via anonymous ftp from the ftp server: ftp://ftp.edpsciences.org/pub/web-conf
– Microsoft Word guidelines:
A4 (210 x 297 mm) paper size, two columns format
If the conference organizers choose to provide camera-ready PDF documents to the publisher, authors are asked to supply PDFs for all online and print publications. Before making your PDF, please check PDF guidelines
Before submitting camera-ready PDF files, please check the quality of the final PDF documents
STEP 3: Send the camera ready paper to firstname.lastname@example.org.
STEP 4: Send fully-completed signed copyright form by email to email@example.com.
STEP 5: Register for the Conference and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your registration submission
STEP 6: Go through the list of near hotels so you can book your room.
All the accepted papers will be published in one of the following proceedings of the conference. In addition, all accepted papers will be published in one of the special issues listed in the conference website provided that the author do improvements and extension within the time frame that will be set by the conference and his/her paper is approved by the chief editor.
