The global world of work is full of various and complex quality requirements academic students have to face after graduation. It is the task of Higher Education Institutions to prepare their students for these requirements and to produce a future workforce that is able to further educate itself whenever necessary. University programs should be designed more flexible to allow an individual course of study and show a higher practical orientation. E-learning can contribute to this demand. The joint master program “Managing International Enterprises” of the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena in Germany and the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in Georgia is an example in which teaching according to the case method was accomplished with the help of a blended learning approach.
