In this paper, we use the two-sided market theory to build the pricing models and the regression equations for platform enterprise, and use 14 bank’s actual operational data between 2001 to 2013 as an empirical test for the models and equations. Our study shows that under the two-sided market environment, there are great differences for platform enterprise’s price determinants between consumer (buyer) and merchant (seller). On the basis of a detailed analysis of the elements for platform enterprise’s pricing, we present the main elements of the platform enterprise’s business model, and discuss the conclusions’ implications for management practices, and the next step requires in-depth research questions.
