The researchers present a system that provides an Integrated Dynamic Learning Environment based on the previous study wherein the researchers mapped the three different ELearning tools such as Blackboard, Moodle and Claroline. This system has been designed to support different teaching needs. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the developed IDLE based on ISO-9126, which are usability, functionality, and reliability.
