In this paper, we consider the scheduling of periodic task systems upon a uniform multiprocessor model in which the difference of each processor is their speed or computing capacity. In order to minimize priority inversion while reduce the power dissipation in the proposed model, dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) is not always an ideal solution, because it can worse the priority inversion and leakage energy consumption due to increased execution. We proposed a concept of reservation lock using the dormant mode for single-processor model to prevent priority inversion and define a block-free interval for both DVS and leakage-aware methods. We introduce a weighted directed graph (WDG) to model the task synchronizations so as to obtain online task information and scheduling decisions in linear time complexity.
