The Fifth International Conference on Informatics and Applications (ICIA2016)

For authors who cannot attend the conference, the management has arranged for a virtual presentations (either Skype or video) to allow the authors of accepted papers the same publication opportunities as for the regular presenters. The paper will be published in the proceedings of the conference (if it is accepted) and will be treated like other papers.
