The Society of Digital Information and Wireless Communications (SDIWC) is committed to protecting the privacy of its directors, workers, researchers, and customers. SDIWC keeps the maximum degree of confidentiality for the researchers, workers, directors, employees, and customers. SDIWC only maintains personal information that is relevant to SDIWC activities.

The security of personal information is important to SDIWC. SDIWC maintains all personal data with technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification, and improper disclosure. No computer system or information can ever be fully protected against every possible hazard. SDIWC provides reasonable and appropriate security controls to protect personal information against foreseeable hazards.

All personally identifiable information contained in SDIWC membership, purchase, and registration databases is treated as confidential and will be used only for the purposes stated in this policy, except where required by law.

SDIWC does not sell, rent, or exchange email addresses of its members and customers. All SDIWC created and supported email distribution lists have "unsubscribe" instructions. However, it is possible that the email of unsubscribed person re-collected one more time through some programs from the internet automatically.

Other than in the restricted-access portions of SDIWC's site that requires SDIWC Web Account, SDIWC does not log the identity of visitors. On some pages of our site we allow individuals to submit information for the purposes of joining SDIWC; membership; or registering for a conference, contest, or other activity. Information collected on these pages will be used according to SDIWC's Privacy Policy.
